Rainy day in Oregon

It started raining a few days ago and hasn't stopped yet. But they say it will.
I spent today working on the "mystery quilt", and I've almost gotten it done. Borders are ready to go, and then quilt it.   It's turning out real nice. Kristina has done a very good job with her directions. Will get pictures tomorrow of my progress.
Also got my Xmas quilt finished and ready to quilt, and one other. I've been busy havent I.

Mystery Quilt

I finally finished the next steps for the mystery quilt. And it is still a mystery, I'm usually pretty good at guessing what the final project will be. I'm not sure about this one yet. It's been lots of fun so far. The next clues will be out this Saturday, we should be closer to knowing.

I'm back sooner this time

A beautiful first full day of fall. Things are already turning color. The animals are abundant around here. So much fun to watch. A couple young wild turkeys.

Oh my its been a LOOOONG time

Here it is September 20th, 2010 and I am just getting back to this.
I've been so busy since we moved.
We did spend Christmas here in Oregon, and we got snowed on.We found a small Christmas tree, and my husband and myself had a real nice quiet Christmas.

January, and February we stayed in Janesville, packing things up getting ready for the big move.
March and April was the start of our move. We probley made 10 or more trips back and fourth. It is a 6 hour drive, and seemed longer each time.
By May we were staying  at the Oregon house. And what happens in May, we get snowed on again.
To be continued.
